Liat Kim

Lead Trainer + Yoga Teacher
E-RYT 500

I began my yoga journey in 2008. Since then, I taught 18 yoga teacher training courses as a lead trainer. I began my yoga journey with no prior physical activity background I was surprised to discover how right Yoga feels to me. Through its challenges, I recognized in Yoga the great connection between body and mind, which slowly took over a large part of my life. Since 2010 I have taught Vinyasa flow yoga in Tel Aviv (Israel) in various groups and venues. I also like to explore Yoga’s multiple approaches, such as Iyenger, Hatha, and Yin, as well as Ayurveda, Meditation and Buddhism. For the past few years, I have turned my attention to studying Philosophy and Yoga Anatomy. I am also a Reiki Master and have taught in TTC’s all over the world. Yoga for me goes beyond connecting with myself on the mat to an inspiring philosophy and way of life. Love and light Liat
